Part of my “Good Wines Good Times” collection, What Remains depicts the end of a lovely dinner, messy plates, empty glasses and a blown-out candle tell a story of fun times had.
In many ways this can be the most beautiful part of an evening out. Perhaps the diners have continued their evening out to a little hole-in-a-wall cocktail bar, maybe they have gone dancing, or perhaps there has been a good night kiss and two people heading different ways, with a smile on each of their faces. Either way, memories have been made here.
